What is the minimum booking duration?
The minimum booking duration for static billboards is typically 7 to 30 days depending on the site. For digital DOOH screens, flexible slots are available.
How does escrow payment protection work?
When you pay for a booking, your funds are securely held in escrow. Funds are never released to the site owner or vendor until the installation is completed and verified with GPS-tagged proof.
How do I upload artwork for my campaign?
You can upload high-resolution creatives directly through your campaign dashboard after booking. We support JPEG, PNG, and MP4 (for digital screens) based on the site's dimensions.
What is the Opportunity Score and Visibility Score?
These proprietary metrics evaluate the impact of a billboard by analyzing real-world traffic volume, proximity to points of interest (commercial centers, universities, hospitals), and viewing angles.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Advertisers are eligible for a full refund if a booking request is cancelled before installation begins, or if a site becomes unavailable. Full details can be reviewed in our Refund Policy.
How do I know my billboard has actually been installed?
Our platform requires vendors to upload timestamped and geo-tagged photographic proof of installation taken at the billboard's GPS coordinates before campaigns are marked live.
Can I run multiple creatives on digital DOOH screens?
Yes, for digital billboard bookings, you can rotate multiple creatives or schedule day-parting through your advertiser portal.
What payment methods are supported?
We support major credit/debit cards via Safepay, mobile wallets (JazzCash, EasyPaisa), and direct bank transfers (IBFT) for corporate accounts.
